Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan

Our firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (the Institute) and is licensed to practice as Chartered Accountants in Pakistan. The firm has been granted permission to train CA Articles Students by the Institute under Bye-law 102 of the CA Bye Laws, 1983. This requires a minimum of three years experience and at least Twenty Five (25) audits. The firm has also been enrolled on the Panel of QCR Rated Firms of the institute in Pakistan.

QCR Program of ICAP is a key part of the Institute’s regulatory framework, established to develop and maintain compliance of professional standards amongst the firms engaged in the audit of limited companies quoted on the stock exchanges. The Code of Corporate Governance requires that a satisfactory QCR rating is mandatory for CA firms to conduct audit of listed companies.

Registration with SME – BSF; Ministry of Finance- Government of Pakistan

The firm has been registered as a Business Development Service Provider of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Business Support Fund- Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan.

Registration with State Bank of Pakistsn – SBP

The firm is borne on the panel of auditing firms (Chartered Accountants Firms) maintained by State Bank of Pakistan under Section 35 (1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. The auditing firms registered on the panel maintained by SBP as aforesaid are authorized to conduct audit of Banks and Development Financial Institutions (DFIs) in Pakistan.
